A man was standing by himself in the shadow of a large tree by Garrett Junior High School. The caller said the man was creepy. He was wearing a wind breaker and a bright yellow hat.

A man said he was assaulted by another man who was wearing a blue bandana, leather jacket and jeans. The caller said the fight stemmed from a previous incident.

A dead coyote was found on the road near an Albertsons.

Police received a report about a man who took his father’s truck and a .25-caliber handgun. Police said the man, who allegedly stole the truck, threatened to hurt his brother. He was detained about 10 minutes later.

A car drove into a building. No one was injured.

Police received a report about a woman who was driving with her mother and then jumped out of the car and beat up another woman. They fled the scene in a Ford Focus.

A caller said a black car had been speeding up and down Georgia Avenue for the past couple of days.

Police received a report about a woman who walked into a business and left her black Saturn Ion in the parking lot for 12 hours. The woman was said to be sitting in her car for three hours before leaving it in the parking lot.

Police spotted a man in a white minivan who appeared to be sleeping at a red light.

A driver was cited for driving 76 mph in a 55 mph zone. He was uninsured and had a suspended California registration.

A caller said a man driving a green Hyundai with Arizona license plates got a beer out of the trunk, opened it and headed toward Las Vegas.

A woman called and said she was arguing with her boyfriend. The woman then said she was having a panic attack.
