A man called police to report that another man was calling him and threatening him about an advertisement placed in Boulder City Magazine.

Feb. 27, 12:05 a.m.

Police responded to a domestic disturbance that turned out to be only a verbal altercation.

Feb. 27, 3:19 p.m.

A man was arrested on a Henderson warrant and transferred to Henderson police after someone reported him taking pipes from behind Roberto’s Taco Shop and putting them in his truck.

Feb. 27, 4:05 p.m.

A woman called police to report that her stepson, who had recently attempted suicide, left home after getting in a fight with his father. Police located the male, who refused medical attention.

Feb. 27, 4:27 p.m.

A woman called police to report her neighbor shooting pigeons with a BB gun.

Feb. 28, 1:42 a.m.

Police received a report of a heavy-set male in the middle of the intersection at Fifth Street and California Avenue, pointing at cars and yelling.

Feb. 28, 8:40 a.m.

A woman contacted police and reported that she returned home from gambling at Railroad Pass Casino, to find a door partially open and cash missing.

Feb. 28, 6:38 p.m.

Police received a report of a 15-year-old female overdosing on pills.

March 1, 1:21 p.m.

A man contacted police and reported four or five individuals loitering in a dirt lot near his house, wearing masks. Police could not locate the group.

March 1, 9:27 a.m.

A man called police to report that a cat ran into his tire, but he did not think it was dead.

March 1, 12:25 p.m.

A man called police to report that his stepson attacked him with a metal stick.

March 1, 3:11 p.m.

Police received a report of a physical altercation between a woman and her niece.

March 1, 4:07 p.m.

Police received a report of a man entering a local restaurant and urinating “all over” the seating area.

March 1, 7:45 p.m.

A man received a phone call from his neighbor, who said there were several juveniles trying to break into his house.

March 1, 9:01 p.m.

Police received a report of a man and a woman living in the laundry room at an apartment complex. The coin machine was also reported broken into and coins were stolen. Both the man and the woman were arrested.

March 2, 8:37 a.m.

A woman contacted police to report that her car was egged.

March 2, 2:22 p.m.

Police received a report of a man parked at the Desert Inn Motel trying to lure children into his truck with candy. Police contacted the man, who was staying at the motel and had signed his name as “God.” However, he was not taken into custody.

March 2, 6:14 p.m.

A 41-year-old woman was taken into custody and taken to Boulder City Hospital after police received information that she was suicidal.

March 3, 9:48 a.m.

Somebody called police to report that in 2012, suspicious websites were seen on the caller’s father-in-law’s computer possibly related to child pornography. The caller also alleged inappropriate sexual contact with the father-in-law and a minor, which fell outside the statute of limitations. The caller said the father-in-law is affiliated with a local church.

March 4, 7:53 a.m.

A man reported that his tires had been slashed and a sugary substance had been put in the gas tank of his Chevy truck.

March 5, 7:15 a.m.

A woman called police and reported that someone rattled her doorknob. She said she saw someone walking away wearing khaki pants, with feet pointed out “like a penguin.”
