Nov. 8, 6:15 a.m.

A woman called police stating that two men were racing dirt bikes dangerously in the desert behind her house. When police arrived the dirt biker riders were nowhere to be found.

Nov. 8, 9:10 a.m.

The caller was upset about a red Jeep with too many political signs near a polling place on Election Day. Police confirmed that the Jeep’s driver was violating electioneering law by being too close to the polling place. The driver was told to move the vehicle.

Nov. 8, 3:50 p.m.

A man called police after someone kicked in his front door and stole 3 ounces of medical Marijuana. The caller stated that his son had visited the night before.

Nov. 8, 4:07 p.m.

A woman called police after sun glare caused her to drive her vehicle off the road at Lake Mead. The woman said that the sun and the crash had caused her to become disoriented and she had no idea where she was. Park rangers helped her find the right direction.

Nov. 8, 6:16 p.m.

A schnauzer was turned in to the Boulder City Animal Control Shelter after it was found wandering through the city. When the dog’s microchip was checked it showed that the dog had been stolen.

Nov. 9, 8:04 p.m.

A man called police reporting that someone has vandalized his truck. The vehicle was covered in mud and eggs. The man thought his neighbor did it because of an earlier incident they had.

Nov. 10, 12:10 p.m.

A caller reported that a woman was selling window cleaner in the parking lot of a retail store. The caller was worried that she did not have a license to sell a product there.

Nov. 11, 3:06 p.m.

A woman was reported stealing large amounts of liquor and makeup at Albertsons. When police found the woman she was drunk and claimed she drank all of the alcohol she stole.

Nov. 12, 2:15 p.m.

A woman was reportedly making threats to her neighbors. The neighbors told officers that the woman said that “she knows how to deal with snitches.”

Nov. 12, 11:24 p.m.

A man at Lake Mead reported that someone at a party near him shot off a gun and a bullet flew over his head.

Nov. 13, 12:19 p.m.

A caller at the Boulder City Hospital said that a man was in one of the waiting rooms bothering patients to use their phones. The caller, who worked at the hospital, told the man to leave and not comeback. The man complied.

Nov. 13, 2:09 p.m.

A man was reportedly calling his ex-wife saying that he would not give their son back because she had not honored their custody agreement. The man did not threaten her with violence, but did continuously say that he would call the police for breaking their agreement.

Nov. 13, 6:18 p.m.

A man was seen at the Nevada State Veterans Home staring at woman as they left the building. The caller said that when someone made eye contact with the man he would try to hide behind a car. The caller said that she was scared for other women leaving the veterans’ home.
