Mari and Joe Fex of Boulder City found a flag on the ground while attending a downtown barbecue festival Saturday, May 25. The pole it originally hung on was broken and the two didn’t want to see the flag disrespected. They took it home, folded it and returned it to city officials Tuesday, May 28.
