More than 20 of the United States’ newest citizens celebrate with U.S. District Judge Peggy Leen and representatives of the National Park Service after being sworn in at the Hoover Dam. The citizens represent the countries of Ethiopia, Germany, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Kenya, Mexico, Nicaragua, Philippines, Poland, South Korea and Spain.
