CLARIFICATION
In Hali Bernstein Saylor’s Nov. 13 column about recycling, there was some confusion about recycling plastic bags. B.C. Waste Free accepts plastic bags; however, according to Keep America Beautiful, they cannot be recycled in all cities nationwide.
