Clarification

The no contest plea entered Jan. 28 in Boulder City Justice Court by Timothy Sharetts, who was arrested on charges of illegally discharging a firearm within the city limits, was a stayed adjudication, meaning his plea remains in limbo for six months. If he complies with the terms of the negotiated deal, his charge will be amended and reduced to disorderly conduct.
