Seen on Scene: At Trunk or Treat

Kelly and Kurt Flowers took home first place in the most original category of the Trunk or Treat costume contest Saturday in Veterans’ Memorial Park. The Halloween celebration was hosted by the Boulder City Chamber of Commerce.

David and Tracie Polak represented the Boulder Dam Credit Union as they passed out candy from their gore-filled trunk Saturday at Trunk or Treat in Veterans’ Memorial Park. It was their first year passing out candy at the event, as they are usually there with their children in costume looking to collect sweets.

Area families attended Saturday’s Trunk or Treat at Veterans’ Memorial Park, where games, kids and costumes came together in a safe, family-friendly environment. The annual Halloween celebration was presented by the Boulder City Chamber of Commerce.
