Seen on Scene: At the Relay For Life

From 6 p.m. Friday until 6 a.m. Saturday, community members walked laps around the Boulder City High School track field, raising funds for the American Cancer Society and life-saving research.

Some brought food, some raffled prizes, while one particularly generous man donated his nearly 2-foot-long hair, and from dusk until dawn, volunteers made sure there was always someone on the track, earning the money that had been pledged by supporters from all over the city.
