Boulder City residents mingled with city officials and employees for Mayor Rod Woodbury’s inaugural State of the City address on Jan. 21 at the Boulder Creek Golf Club.
A social hour preceded Woodbury’s speech, which focused on the city’s major achievements in the past year as well as the mayor’s vision for the future.
