Several hundred area residents enjoyed the National Night Out festivities Tuesday in Veterans’ Memorial Park. The event included the opportunity to meet and interact with a variety of public safety officers, get an insider’s look at their vehicles, try on fire fighting apparel and learn about what it means to be a first responder.
Additionally, Boulder City Police Department teamed up with Boulder City Fire Department for a softball game against Boulder City High School alumni.
Free barbecued hamburgers and hot dogs were served.
