Boulder City Chamber of Commerce CEO Jill Rowland-Lagan was surrounded by children as the costume contest got underway during Trunk or Treat festivities Saturday evening at Veterans’ Memorial Park. Kendra Wright presented several awards for the best costumes, and Dr. Eldon Clothier, who sponsored the final Movies in the Park that followed the contest, presented awards for the best-decorated trunks. Several hundred people of all ages attended the event, which also included bounce houses and a maze.
