The Friends of the Arts has cancelled Saturday’s show at the library amphitheater due to “possible excessive heat,” the organization announced today.
The National Weather Service has issued an excessive heat warning starting Friday at 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. Monday. Temperatures are expected to climb to 115 degrees tomorrow, peaking at as high as 118 Saturday and Sunday
Arizona-based Talent Team Performing Arts was scheduled to perform at 7 p.m.
