U.S. Navy veterans Mick McLean, left, and Al Slagle of Las Vegas paid tribute to friends who were part of a group of ex-sailors and civil servants residing in the Philippines. They placed flowers at their graves and poured Philippine beer on their headstones in honor of their friendship and service.
