Fishing attracts hundreds of people to Lake Mead National Recreation Area each year, including Keith Hoffman of Boulder City, left, and Matt Hoffman of Henderson in May 2018. While on the lake, they were stopped by Brittany Frolick, a game warden with the Nevada Department of Wildlife, who checked their fishing licenses and conducted an inspection to make sure they had the required safety equipment.
