Howard and Betty Tangler believe they have met many interesting individuals in their combined 165 years.

Sharing those individuals with others has become a passion.

To do so, the Tanglers plan to open their Boulder City home once a month, free of charge, to anyone wishing to attend a multicultural social gathering and a topic of discussion they call the “Popcorn Review.”
