<p>The city Parks and Recreation Department is offering a free one-day workshop for a new class, Mindful Yoga for Kids.  The one-hour workshop will take place Saturday, April 28, starting at 9 a.m. at the ABC Park in classroom number two located at 801 Adams Blvd.</p>
<p>A release of liability signed by a parent or legal guardian is required for children to participate. Beginning in May, this class will be offered weekly at this same time and location for $28 per month. Participants should bring a towel and wear loose clothing.</p>
