It’s the home stretch for the Boulder City baseball and softball teams with less than three weeks remaining in seasons many predicted would end with another league championship and a return to the state playoffs.
There is still work ahead if that is to happen.
The baseball team, which lost the title game a year ago, started this season 7-0, but has been 4-6 since for an 11-6 record, including a 1-3 performance during a spring break tournament.
