You may have seen a petite woman wearing a tiara and sitting in a wheelchair in front of the credit union over the past few weeks. The little dynamo is 59-year-old Yvonne Manriquez, Miss Wheelchair Nevada. The Henderson resident is working to raise the funds necessary to travel to Ohio in July to participate in the Miss Wheelchair USA pageant.
