Third suspect remains at large
By Rose Ann Miele, Boulder City Review
Two suspects arrested in connection with an Oct. 7 burglary that ended in a standoff at the old Boulder City Hospital building appeared in local Justice Court on Tuesday. Kaitlyn L. Tester, 24, and Cory J. Ryan, 23, were arraigned on felony charges of burglary while in possession of a firearm and two separate counts of possession of stolen property.
The two also face a charge of conspiracy to commit burglary, a gross misdemeanor. The criminal complaint was filed by the Clark County district attorney’s office Dec. 4. Jail time for all four charges range from as little as one year to as much as 15 years.
The third suspect, 22-year-old Travis Young, has not been arrested and did not appear in court. An arrest warrant for him listing identical charges remains.
