I often try to answer the question, “Why do we seem to love our furry little friends so much?” Many of us have more than one. They are called a person’s best friend, and we will do anything for them. Well almost anything. Many of us walk them, feed them, train them and even treat them like family.

What about the possibility that the guy just wanted to grow flowers? Wouldn’t that be a much more sane explanation? Come on. If a guy wanted to grow opium poppies, he would order the seeds off the internet……. and by the way, when did it become illegal to purchase poppy seeds anyway? Why would the florist call the police in the first place? The whole story sounds odd and out of whack to me. I guess I better hide in the bushes next time I eat a poppy seed muffin for breakfast huh?
