A hit-and-run that started in front of Jack in the Box turned into a high-speed chase through Boulder City around 9 p.m. Nov. 29, ending with a full-size Dodge pickup propped up on the roughly 3-foot high cement ledge surrounding Boulder City High School’s flag pole.
