Boulder City Review

Colleen Tyler, a 51-year-old resident of Boulder City, has been identified by the Clark County coroner as the woman who fell to her death from the Hoover Dam bypass bridge Monday.

Police spokesman Marcus Martin told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that the incident occurred about noon. A witness said the woman jumped from the Mike O’Callaghan- Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge.

This apparent suicide would be the fourth since the bridge opened in October 2010. All four have come since the first one April 7.

The last one before today came July 12.
