Grace Christian Academy recently held its spring science fair. Students were required to use the scientific method in order to experiment and solve a problem in either life science or physical science. Five students will be entering their projects in the Association of Christian Schools International District Science Fair on Monday, May 7. The fair is at the Green Valley Christian School. The students entering the fair are: third-grader Abbi Matthews, “Do magnets affect plant growth?’; third-grader Isabel Patton, “How do changing ingredients affect cookies?”; third-grader Aubrey Townsend, “How do dogs select treats?”; fourth-grader Josh Larson, “What slugs prefer,”; and fifth-grader Joel Mendoza, “Oil spill clean-up.”
