Home is decked out for eighth year

Many Boulder City residents are familiar with the elaborate Christmas light display on Dale Ryan’s 1525 Fifth St. house, but Friday the public can see the house come to life when Ryan turns the lights on at 5:30 p.m.

The light display on Ryan’s house has grown every year for the past eight years he has lived in Boulder City, and his decorating has even expanded to his neighbor’s house.

It has become quite popular during the Christmas season, last year winning an award from the Boulder City Chamber of Commerce for being the best-lighted house in town.
