Anyone who has been outside lately may have noticed Jack Frost nipping at their nose. Boulder City residents have felt temperatures drop into the 20s at night and struggle to hit 40 during the day. Southern Nevada, normally associated with extremely high temperatures, also can have extremely cold temperatures.
