Officer Ian Ham was flagged down by an off-duty Henderson police officer at the smoke shop in the Albertsons parking lot on July 26. The off-duty officer claimed that two suspects had been inside the business attempting to sell stolen jewelry. The owner of the stolen jewelry happened to be in the smoke shop at the same time and saw the two men attempting to sell his jewelry. When the owner confronted the suspects, they quickly left the store.
