At 11:41 p.m. last Friday evening Officer Alan Nutzman witnessed a traffic crash on the exit ramp from southbound U.S. Highway 93 onto U.S. 95 south. The driver of a 2008 Mazda took the exit ramp at a high rate of speed and lost control of his vehicle while trying to negotiate the curve on the ramp.
