A small plane has crashed in the desert just northwest of the Boulder City airport.
The single engine aircraft carrying two passengers was a Czech-made Aero Vodochody L39, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
The FAA and National Transportation Safety Board are on their way to the scene.

The Boulder City softball team made quick work in the league championship game on Saturday on their way to their fourth-straight title and state playoff berth.
Senior pitcher Karlee Koopman scattered seven hits and struck out six to lead the Lady Eagles past Virgin Valley, 15-2.
