The special City Council meeting to address incidents related to City Manager Vicki Mayes’ family’s out-of-state vehicle registration has been scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 9 at 8 a.m. at City Hall. The agenda for the meeting has not been released, but must be posted by this Thursday by state law.
